PURPOSE: A heating unit for a rainfall meter, a water collecting container for the rainfall meter including the same, and the rainfall meter are provided to measure rainfall at temperature lower than 0 degrees Celsius by being combined with the water collecting container of an existing rainfall meter. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit(90) for a rainfall meter is attached to the water collecting container(60) of a rainfall meter(100). The heating unit includes at least one heating pad(70). The heating pad is detachably combined with the water collecting container. The heating pad includes electric heating wire(71) and pads(72, 73). The pads are combined, and the electric heating wire is arranged in between. The pads are attached to the water collecting container and are based on flexible materials.
