PURPOSE: The sludge discharging apparatus of a circular settling basin is provided to prevent the stuck of sludge and to eliminate the sludge by primarily eliminating sludge stuck to a sludge discharging part using a brush and a bottom scraper and spraying water of high pressure. CONSTITUTION: The sludge discharging apparatus of a circular settling basin includes a settling basin, a sewage supplying part, at least two truss structures, a plurality of scrapers, a supporting pillar, a driving arm, a driving unit, a sludge discharging part(8), and a water spraying unit. The truss structures are rotatably installed in the settling basin. The supporting pillar is the central shaft of the truss structures in case of rotation. The scrapers are installed to the truss structures and scrapes and transfers sludge while rotation. The sludge discharging part includes a hopper scraper. The hopper scraper includes a rotating frame(833) and a connecting frame. The connecting frame connects the rotating frame and the truss structures. A bottom scraper(832) in a fork form is mounted at the rotating frame. A plurality of brushes(831) is mounted at both sides of the bottom scraper.
