<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a separator having an excellent mechanical property, excellent electrical conductivity and high dimensional accuracy for a fuel cell is manufactured effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The separator for the fuel cell is obtained by carrying out the injection molding of a compound which contains resin and an electrically conductive material having an expanded graphite of 5 to 100 mass% in a weight ratio of 20:80 to 60:40 using a metal mold which has a gate area ratio of 20 to 100% to the cross section area of the thickest portion of the separator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
