<p>The element (10) has a rear anchor part (1) integrally connected with a bottom part (2). A front element (3) forms a vertical end for a visible side of a sound insulation wall or an inclination covering. The bottom part and the front element are designed so that a plant substrate receiving recess is formed behind the front element. The front element exhibits lateral vertical supports (4, 5). The front element exhibits a trough wall (6) connected to the bottom part over a part of height of the bottom part in a water-tight manner.
