<p>PURPOSE: Environmentally friendly and water-permeable concrete and a paved road using the same are provided to prevent from the ground from being weakened by water infiltration and to enhance durability, compressive strength, and water-permeability of concrete by adding an inorganic binder, metakaolin, and silica to aggregate. CONSTITUTION: Environmentally friendly and water-permeable concrete(12) comprises 78-82 weight% of 10-13mm sized aggregate, 14-17 weight% of an accelerating agent and 4-5 weight% of water. The accelerating agent comprises 12-13 weight% of an inorganic binder which recycles industrial byproducts including blast furnace slag, 1-2 weight% of metakaolin for supplementing coherence of the permeable concrete, and 1-2 weight% of silica for improving mold ability of the permeable concrete. The inorganic binder comprises 50-70% of fine slag particles, 10-15% of sodium aluminum sulfate, 10-15% of gypsum, 5-10% of calcium oxide, and 5-10% of solidifying agent by weight of the inorganic binder. A surface of the paved road using the environmentally friendly and water-permeable concrete is coated with water-soluble coating material(20) to which barley stone, loess, or charcoal powder is added.</p> |
