PURPOSE: A biomedical function related information supplying system and a method thereof through the generation of a multiple map are provided to reduce information search time by easily searching for the correlation of blockbuster gene-disease and drug-drug. CONSTITUTION: A controller(110) receives a query from a user and stores biomedical information in database(120). A search engine(112) searches for specific information about the query and the related query. A link map generator(114) generates a second link map through specific information. The controller compares the second link map with the link map in reference map database. The controller generates a third link map for indicating medical information.
