PURPOSE: An orthogonal frequency division multiplexing receiver and a signal receiving method thereof are provided to prevent inter channel interference between received signals in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing receiver channel by controlling demodulation point of time of signal according to an cross correlation value of a received signal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(100) includes a receiving antenna. The receiving unit receives a signal through the receiving antenna. The receiving unit outputs a plurality of received signals to a synchronization unit(200). The synchronization unit respectively performs the cross correlation of a plurality of signals and reference signals. The synchronization unit selects the most peak value from a cross correlation value of each signal. A demodulating unit(300) demodulates a signal received through the receiving unit at a demodulation time which is obtained through a fixed offset.
