PURPOSE: Cherry tomato juice and a producing method thereof are provided to secure components of fresh cherry tomato, and to improve the palatability of eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cherry tomato juice comprises the following steps: removing the stalk from harvested fresh cherry tomato, and washing with clean water; dipping the washed cherry tomato in 10-40 deg C water for 20-30 seconds; mixing 5kg of cherry tomato, 250ml of clean water, and 30ml of olive oil; slowly boiling the mixture at 100 deg C for 15-20 minutes; grinding the mixture after cooling; and filtering the ground mixture using a sieve.
