ZIPPER-TEETH COATING METHOD

PURPOSE: A color coating method for zipper teeth injection-molded by using acetal material is provided to secure the smooth surface and strong coating state by thermally fusing a plastic film on the surface of zipper teeth. CONSTITUTION: A color coating method for zipper teeth injection-molded by using acetal material is as follows. A metal coating film layer of fixed color is laminated on a plastic film. A film paper(11) for coating is consecutively provided through a pair of rollers. The plastic film of film paper for coating is laminated on the teeth surface of the acetal zipper. A acetal zipper is consecutively provided through a pair of rollers. The film paper for coating is pressurized with the upper roller to the zipper tooth in 3~5 pressure. The upper roller is heated by 130~160°C. The film paper for coating is fused on the surface of the zipper teeth. The rearwards drawn zipper of roller after coating' is collected and cut in desire length.
