<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system for printing only one set of file. <P>SOLUTION: A print flag determination part 117 determines, when printing of an original file GF stored in a server 2 is requested from a user who browses the original file GF, whether printing of the original file GF is permitted or not based on a print flag stored in a print flag storage area 124. A print instruction part 119 transmits, when the printing is permitted by the determination part 117, copy information set to "one" in advance, which is stored in a set number storage area 123 to an original medium storage printer 4, and instructs the printer 4 to print the original file GF.
