PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a vane groove and improve the friction characteristics by forming a recessed groove in the vane groove of a cylinder in a compression section in the position near the internal part of an intake cylinder and engaging an oilless bearing piece in this recessed groove. CONSTITUTION:A compressor part which is placed inside a closed housing 1 uses a motor as a driving source has a rolling piston 11 disposed inside a cylindrical compression chamber 10 formed in the cylinder 7 of said compressor part. And the compression chamber 10 is divided into a low pressure part and a high pressure part by a vane 13 engaged in the vane groove 12 of the cylinder 7. In this case, at the intake side of the vane groove 12, a recessed groove 15 is formed near the inside of the cylinder 7 and an oilless bearing piece 16 is engaged in said groove 15. When a load P to the vane groove 12 is increased, the oilless bearing piece 16 feeds oil constantly to a clearance between the vane 10 and the vane groove 12 so that wear may be reduced and the lubricating characteristics be improved. |
