METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A solar cell manufacturing method is provided to easily arrange a plurality of rear surface field parts between a first part of a rear surface electrode and a substrate by including a low temperature plasticity step of a second part pattern after a high temperature plasticity step of a first part pattern of the rear surface electrode. CONSTITUTION: A protection film(190) is arranged on the rear surface of a substrate(110) of a first conductivity type. A first paste is partly applied on the protection film. A first rear surface electrode part(151) which is electrically connected to the substrate is arranged by heat-treating the first paste. A second paste is applied on the first rear surface electrode part and the protection film. A second rear surface electrode part(152) connected to the first rear surface electrode part is arranged by heat-treating the second paste.
