<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to significantly increase efficiency and lifetime of organic light emitting diodes by displaying an image using a deep blue sub-pixel region or a light blue sub-pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A first red sub-pixel region(R), a first green sub-pixel region(G), and a deep blue sub-pixel region(B1) are arranged on a first pixel region(1-1P). A second red sub-pixel region, a second green sub-pixel region, and a light blue sub-pixel region(B2) are arranged on a second pixel region(2-1P). The first and second red sub-pixel regions include a first electrode, a red organic thin film pattern(200a), and a second electrode. The first and second green sub-pixel regions comprise the first electrode, a green organic thin film pattern(200b), and the second electrode. The deep blue sub-pixel region comprises the first electrode, a deep blue organic thin film pattern(200c), and the second electrode.</p> |
