PURPOSE: A hatching by-product treating apparatus using a double thermal structure is provided to minimize the heat and energy loss from a decomposing process of hatching by-products. CONSTITUTION: A hatching by-product treating apparatus using a double thermal structure comprises the following: a transfer device transferring hatching by-products from a hatching by-product storage tank(800); a steam heating device(200) steaming the hatching by-products using steam heat at the temperature greater than 100 deg C for 11 hours for softening the hatching by-products; a steam supply device(300) supplying the steam heat to the steam heating device; an odor discharge device(400) cooling steam and gas, removing bad smell from the steam and the gas, and discharging the steam and the gas to the outside; a drying cooler(500) drying the hatching by-products; a crushing device(600) crushing the hatching by-products discharged from the drying cooler; and a packaging device(70) packaging the crushed hatching by-products.
