PURPOSE: A chalk box is provided to easily store chalks, and to easily take chalks out. CONSTITUTION: A chalk box comprises a case(10), an operation knob(20), a control lever(30), a shutoff member(40), a first push member(50), and a first electric member(70). The case has a keeping space(11) for keeping chalks and an outlet(12) taking chalks out. When the operation knob is controlled, chalks are discharged through the outlet. The control lever moves to predetermined direction by the control of the operation knob. The shutoff member selectively opens and closes the outlet. The first push member pushes chalks in the keeping space to be discharged through the outlet. The first elastic member offers elasticity to the control knob to opposite direction to the moving direction of the control lever.
