PURPOSE: An AC light emitting device is provided to emit light for full time by using a light compensation layer on a light emission surface. CONSTITUTION: A first LED chip(100) includes a first electrode(110) and a second electrode(120). A second LED chip(200) includes a third electrode(210) and a fourth electrode(220). The first LED chip and the second LED chip are reversely arranged on a substrate(300). The second electrode and the third electrode are connected to an AC source(30). A light compensation layer(20) is arranged on a package layer(400).
