PURPOSE: A method for preparing Lactobacilllus-fermented mung bean extract is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Lactobacillus-fermented mung bean extract comprises: a step of adding 5-10 times of MCT(medium chain triglyceride) oil to mung beans; a step of heating at 50-60°C for 3-5 hours and placing at room temperature for 24-48 hours to prepare mung bean oil extract; a step of preparing Lactobacillus culture medium containing the mung bean oil extract and inoculating 10^4-10^7 cfu/ml of Lactobacillus; a step of culturing at pH 6-7 and 37-42°C for 24-36 hours; and a step of removing water using reduced pressure distillation. A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-50 wt% of the Lactobacillus-fermented mung bean extract.
