PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a floor panel having a protective film for an adhesive applied surface is provided to attach a cohesion-treated sheet to the rear side of the floor panel, thereby using as a floor panel for construction capable of excluding additional adhesive spreading processes. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a floor panel having a protective film for an adhesive applied surface comprises a pressure-type roll set, and protection film sticking equipment. The pressure type roll set continuously bonds first step floor panels(30). An L-shape adhesive treated surface of the first step floor panel is exposed to the edge of a tile. The L shape adhesive treated surface consists of the longitudinal offset area of the tile, and a crosswise offset area. The protection film sticking equipment uses a rotating roll to the exposed adhesive treated surface, and continuously cuts and attaches protection films. The protection film sticking equipment consists of first protection film sticking equipment(200) and second protection film sticking equipment(300). The first protection film sticking equipment attaches a first protection film(40) to the longitudinal offset area, and the second protection film(60) sticking equipment attaches a second protection film to the crosswise offset area.
