PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to maximize a light area by forming an electrode pad unit on the edge of the light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive layer(320) is formed on a conductive board. A first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer are formed on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer(350A) is formed on the conductive board. A plurality of via holes(350B) are electrically connected with each other by the second conductive layer and are formed on the second conductive layer. An electrode pad unit(351) is formed on the second conductive layer to connect external power to the second conductive layer and the via hole. |
