PURPOSE: A bidirectional scanning operation apparatus and a display apparatus using the same are provided to transmit a scanning signal to pixels in both directions, thereby operating the pixels in various ways. CONSTITUTION: A scanning operation apparatus(20) generates two or more kinds of different scanning signals. The scanning operation apparatus transfers the different scanning signals to a display part. The scanning operation apparatus includes a plurality of successive operation parts. The display part(10) comprises a plurality of pixels(200). The successive operation parts are comprised of a plurality of shift registers. The shift registers generate two or more kinds of different scanning signals.
