PURPOSE: A rice cake molding apparatus capable of molding rice cake having a shape of a yin-yang symbol is provided to mold the yin-yang shape using a skin material and a filling material. CONSTITUTION: A rice cake molding apparatus comprises the following: a skin material supplying body(20) supplying a skin material to the horizontal direction; a housing(10) storing the skin material; a transfer screw(11) installed in the housing for transferring the skin material toward discharging nozzles; a first discharging nozzle(30) including a skin material discharging unit(31); and a second discharging nozzle(40) including a filling material discharging unit(41), installed inside the first discharging nozzle. The cross section of the skin material discharging unit is circular. The cross section of the filling material discharging unit has the shape of an arc shape in a yin-yang symbol. |
