PURPOSE: An internet telematics service providing system for offering personalized content and a method thereof are provided to offer advertisement by the situation of a user thereby improving the advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A request information receiver(210) is interworked with a telematics system of a vehicle. The request information receiver receives the request information from the telematics system. A content selector(220) selects a content on internet which is related with the request information by being interworked with an internet content providing server. A content provider(230) offers the content to the telematics system.
