METHOD OF HANDLING SERVICE GROUP CREATION IN A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND RELATED COMMUNICATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A communication system and a method for processing service group creation in a communication device related to the same are provided to prevent an overlapping SG(Service Group) from being created by obtaining information related to an existing SG. CONSTITUTION: Existence information of SGs(Service Group) in a communication system is collected in case a PNE(Personal Network Element) belongs to an arbitrary SG. The creation of the SG or the joining to the SG is determined according to the existence information. A step, which determines the creation of the SG or the joining to the SG, includes a step that the SG is not created in a process of informing the existence of the SG through the existence information of the SGs. A step for joining into the SG is operated.
