<p>PURPOSE: An LED driving apparatus is provided to detect a constant current circuit by stopping the operation of a constant current controller. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(30) is provided with an input voltage from the outside. The power supply unit generates an LED driving voltage for driving an LED string with the input voltage. An LED driving unit(50) is provided with an LED voltage in a final LED cathode terminal of the LED string. The LED driving unit compares the LED voltage with a preset reference voltage. The LED driving unit controls the LED driving voltage or blocks a current of the LED string according to a comparison result.</p> |
