摘要

PURPOSE: An image sensor cell, image sensor, and camera system including the same are provided to maximize the area ratio of a photodiode in a cell area of an image sensor by using a recess transistor. CONSTITUTION: An image charge generating unit generates an image charge corresponding to an image signal. An image signal conversion unit changes the image charge into each electronic signal. The image signal conversion unit includes one or more recess transistor. The recess transistor includes a channel area where is caved in the inside of a circuit board.
