PURPOSE: An optical lens, an LED module including the same, and a lighting device are provided to easily implement an asymmetrical light distribution by including an asymmetrical cavity formed in a lens. CONSTITUTION: A lens body has an outer side in a vertical direction and is symmetrical in a transverse direction. A cavity(140) is formed on the lower side of the lens body to make an inner surface thereof asymmetrical in the vertical direction. A pillar(145) is symmetrical in the lens body in the transverse direction. The inner surface of the cavity is symmetrical left and right in the transverse direction.
