Novelty: Safety device comprised in arrangements of ironing appliances. Constitution: An integral steam generator composed of a printed circuit board comprising a micro processor (1), a fallback switch (5), a transformer (1) converting 220 volts to 12 volts, two relays (2,3), a balance sensor (5), a buzzer (11), and a pilot lamp (10); it is positioned inside a waterproof and unbreakable casing, and is electrically interposed exactly after the general operation switch (9) of the ironing appliance; it is characterised in that when the balance sensor (5) detects -during the operation of the ironing appliance- an inclination surpassing a precise value, it switches off the current supply and actuates, for a precise time interval, the buzzer (11) and the pilot lamp (10) so that the current supply can come back to the ironing appliance via the fallback switch (6) pressed down by the user. |
