PURPOSE: Fermented sweet rice drink including jujube, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the benefits of jujube in a conventional sweet rice drink. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented sweet rice drink including jujube comprises the following steps: inserting 45-55wt% of malt in water before removing suspended matter and sediments, and boiling for 1 hour at 100 deg C to obtain malt water; soaking 10-15wt% of rice in water, and cooking to obtain hard-boiled rice; mixing the malt water and the hard-boiled rice at 50-70 deg C for over 4 hours, and mixing; adding 23-28wt% of sugar, 5-8wt% of high fructose corn syrup, 0.2-0.4wt% of preservative, 0.1-0.4wt% of ginger juice, and 2-5wt% of jujube into the obtained rice drink; and sterilizing the sweet rice drink in an autoclave at 120-150 deg C before cooling at 80 deg C and packaging.
