PURPOSE: A lighting apparatus for cultivating plants is provided to uniformly distribute light from a light source to the entire region of a cultivation board, and to enable users to easily change the lighting distribution. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus for cultivating plants comprises the following: a housing(11) surrounding a light source(13); a hole(12) formed on one side of the housing; a light guide(14) coupled to the hole for guiding the light reflected from the light source to the plants; and a lens coupled to the light guide for radiating the light by the necessary light distribution characteristic for each plant. The lens is formed with a concave lens on the center and a convex lens on the edge.
