PURPOSE: A voice-screen ARS(Automatic Response System) service system, a supplying method thereof, and a computer readable medium are provided to output an ARS voice comment and a screen ARS service. CONSTITUTION: A VARS service server(130) receives information about a menu item selected from a terminal. The VARS service server transmits screen information to the terminal. A client company IVR(Interactive Voice Response) system(120) transmits an initial ARS voice message to the terminal. The client company IVR system receives menu item information which is selected from the terminal. The client company IVR system transmits the voice message to the terminal. |
