PURPOSE: A motor driving circuit is provided to control the phase delay of a driving current by inputting a speed control voltage showing the target speed of rotation of a motor through a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A trapezoidal signal generation circuit outputs a trapezoidal signal by changing a slope according to the speed of the rotation of a motor(9) or the target speed of the rotation of the motor. A plurality of power transistors outputs a driving current to driving coil(91-93) according to the trapezoidal signal. A speed control voltage according to the target speed of the rotation of the motor is inputted to an input terminal. The trapezoidal signal generation circuit changes the slope of the trapezoidal signal based on the speed control voltage.
