The invention relates to deuterated catecholamine derivatives and medicaments comprising said compounds. The invention further relates to the use of deuterated catecholamine derivatives, the pharmacologically-acceptable salts thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, also in combination with enzyme inhibitors, for the treatment of dopamine deficiency diseases or diseases relating to disturbed tyrosine transport or disturbed tyrosine decarboxylase and other diseases.
