PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product, utilizable as a preserved food or side dish and having soft and smooth surfaces without crumbling into pieces with passage of time by containing yellow chicken with binder flour and flavoring material in a specific proportion and heating the resultant mixture with hot water and steam. CONSTITUTION:Yellow chicken in an amount of 50-95wt.%, preferably 60-90wt.%, binder flour (preferably dogtooth violet starch) in an amount of 1-35wt.%, preferably 3-6wt.% and a flavoring material (e.g., onion, green Welsh onion, garlic or ginger) in an amount of 0.1-15wt.%, preferably 1-10wt.% are contained and the resultant mixture is heated with hot water or/and steam for 5-10min to afford the objective product. Furthermore, fish meat, egg and seasoning are preferably contained therein. |
