<p>PURPOSE:To prepare an organic acid mixture of solid and liquid by mixing specific amounts each of igneous rock, citric acid, zeolite and zeolite powder, and further blending a specific amount of water into a composition, and extracting activated ions by heating the composition. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to a mixture of 1-50wt.% of igneous rock, 0.5-65wt.% of citric acid, 1-25wt.% of zeolite and 0.5-5wt.% of zeolite powder to prepare a composition of 400wt.%. Next, this composition is heated to extract activated ions to obtain a mixture of solid and liquid. In this case, it is possible to blend 0.5-65wt.% of organic acid containing a carboxylic group excepting an aromatic group, instead of citric acid. If the obtained mixture of solid and liquid is used, the amount of oxygen dissolved in water in an aeration tank is increased, the decomposition of organic matter is promoted, and the production of sludge is decreased. Consequently, surplus sludge is reduced and the sludge amount is controlled for purification.</p> |
