PURPOSE: Tunnel construction method and structure using an underground continuous wall are provided to ensure reliable water blocking performance and quickly construct a safe underground structure capable of sufficiently standing earth pressure of the upper part of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel construction method using an underground continuous wall is as follows. A CBS injection material or a BS injection material are injected from the ground surface along the left and right sides of a tunnel to be constructed at high pressure and at the same time, ground is excavated to form a trench. The CBS injection material is formed by mixing of cement, bentonite, and sand or soil with water. The BS injection material is formed by mixing of bentonite and sand or soil with water. A underground continuous wall is constructed along the left and right sides of the tunnel on the lower part in the trench filled with the CBS injection material or the BS injection material.
