PURPOSE: A hydrostatic power circulator is provided to control the size of power circulation by controlling the capacity and pressure of a hydrostatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: A hydrostatic power circulator comprises a hydraulic pump(30), a hydraulic motor(40) and a hydraulic line(L20). The hydraulic pump is included between an equipment under test(P) on a power line(L10) and a loader(20). The hydraulic pump is transmitted the mechanical power of the power line and converts into the pressure power. The hydraulic motor is included in a driving part(10) on the power line. The hydraulic motor receives the pressure power of the hydraulic pump and transfers to the power line. The pressure fluid flows in the hydraulic line.
