PURPOSE: A yellowing-free and solvent-free epoxy color tile masonry joint repairing material using metallic powder pearl is provided to ensure durability, intensity, adhesive property, drug resistance, and pollution resistance. CONSTITUTION: A yellowing-free and solvent-free epoxy color tile masonry joint repairing material using metallic powder pearl comprises a base material part and a hardener. The base material part comprises 60-75 weight% of a yellowing-free and solvent-free epoxy resin, 20-30 weight% of metallic powder or titanium dioxide(Ti02), 3-5 weight% of a UV screen, and 2-5 weight% of an oil-based antibacterial material. The hardener is an amine-based hardening agent or denaturized aliphatic polyamine. A mixing ratio of the base material part and the hardener is 2:1-3:1 by weight. The oil-based antibacterial material comprises 70-90 weight% of a zeolite carrier, 10-30 weight% of a nano-sized ion which has a 1:1 mixing ratio of zinc and silver by weight, 1-2.5 weight% of an antimicrobial agent, and 1-2.5 weight% of a nano-sized selenium ion.
