PURPOSE: A bumper for preventing under-ride is provided to prevent under-ride when a vehicle collides with another vehicle even if a vehicle body is moved under a vehicle body reference line. CONSTITUTION: A bumper(1) for preventing under-ride comprises a fixed beam(10), a side beam(20), an operation unit(30), a center beam(40), and a measuring unit(50). The fixed beam is fixed to a vehicle body(100). The side beam is connected to the fixed beam. The operation unit vertically moves the side beam. The center beam is connected to the side beam. The measuring unit measures the height of the vehicle body and sends the measured result to the operation unit.
