POWER CONVERTER CAPABLE MULTI-MODE OUTPUT AND CONSTANT POWER CONTROL FOR MEDICAL DEVICES

PURPOSE: A power converter capable multi-mode output and a constant power control for medical devices are provided to prevent the safety accident of a patient by classifying a normal voltage mode and high voltage mode and outputting voltage according to a voltage mode. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier rectifies commercial power. A convertor changes rectified commercial power into a DC power. A first high frequency transformer outputs high frequency AC power in normal mode. A second high frequency transformer outputs the high frequency AC power in a high voltage mode. A pull bridge switch has a pair of switching elements which are connected to each other. A controller selectively controls a normal mode and a high voltage mode.
