PURPOSE: An immunostimulatory composition for an epitope with immunogenicity is provided to prevent or treat various immunodeficient diseases. CONSTITUTION: An immunostimulatory composition contains immunostimulatory oligonucleotide and epitope encapsulated in a liposome containing anionic surfactant and a neutral phospholipid. The anionic surfactant is CHEMS(cholesteryl hemisuccinate). The neutral phospholipid is DOPE(dioleyl phosphatidylethanolamine). The epitope contains an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-13 and 19-46.
