REMOTE TROUBLE-SHOOTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A remote trouble shooting system is provided to access a plurality of management object devices and to perform error task. CONSTITUTION: A socket communication unit(110) transceives data through a remote error client and a socket method. A command processing unit(150) processes a command from a user. A screen processing unit(140) displays the inputted command on a screen. The socket communication unit is connected to the remote error client. The socket communication unit executes a command which is the same as a management object device.
