PURPOSE: A damper structure with improved heat dissipating performance and impact resistance is provided to improve impact resistance because multiple pins absorb external impact when the multiple pins of an external tube of a cylinder collides with pebbles on the ground by acceleration of a vehicle while driving. CONSTITUTION: A damper structure with improved heat dissipating performance and impact resistance comprises a cylinder(10), a piston rod(50), and a pin(132). The piston rod is connected to the end of a piston valve reciprocating inside of the cylinder. The cylinder has an inner tube with steel material and an outer tube(130). The outer tube is press fitted in the exterior of the inner tube. Multiple pins are formed in the exterior of the outer tube in equal intervals and projected to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the outer tube.
