PURPOSE: A geographic detecting system which detects the ground per reference points based on geographic information is provided to measure the curved state of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A geographic detecting system comprises an information collector(100) and a reference coordinate transmitter(30). The information collector comprises a GPS receiver(110), a camera(120), a driving distance acknowledgement set(180), a signal transmitter(190), a control device(170), an I/O unit(150) and a storage unit(140). The GPS receiver confirms the GPS coordinate in which the vehicle locates through communications with the artificial satellite. The camera takes image of the vehicle and collects the real picture image. The signal transmitter dispatches the driving signal. The control device outputs the confusion signal through the I/O unit. The I/O unit transmits the lock signal for the control of the brake.
