PURPOSE: A soft card system, a card company system, and a method for providing the same are provided to perform payment by providing a software type credit card. CONSTITUTION: A soft card(120) stores card information. A control module(110) extracts the card information saved in the soft card in response to the settlement request which is received from outside. The control module transmits the settlement approval request to the card company system which offers the soft card system. The identification information of a user terminal is transmitted to the card company system.
