PURPOSE: A floor panel having adhesive applied sheet is provided to omit a hard adhesive spreading process by additionally laminating the sheet to the opposite side, thereby easily constructing a floor panel. CONSTITUTION: A floor panel having adhesive comprises a sheet paper(20), and a tile(10). The sheet comprises a surface for treating adhesive, a sheet with PVC material(20-2), and an acrylic adhesive(20-1). The surface for treating adhesive is exposed on the edge of a tile in an L-shape. On the L-shaped surface for treating adhesive, a protection film(40) is attached, of which the material is paper, PP, PE, or PET. The tile comprises a G/F layer(10-5) for dimensional reinforcement, a stop layer(10-4) with PVC material, a printing layer(10-3), a transparent cover layer(10-2), and a high strength UV layer(10-1). The stop layer is attached on the top of the G/F layer, and maintains the balance for an upper part and a lower part. The printing layer is attached to the upper part of the stop layer. The transparent cover layer is attached to the top of the printing layer. The high strength UV layer is attached on the top of the transparent cover layer. |
