PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing decorative properties is provided to offer textural characteristics and color sense to improve the concentration of children when manufacturing the decorative properties by hand. CONSTITUTION: Paints are applied to a paper towel(s1). The paper towel is formed by overlapping two or more towel units. The surface of the paper towel is embossed. The colored paper towel is dried(s2). The dried paper towel is manufactured onto a paper towel attachment having a constant shape(s3). The paper towel attachment is adhered to a display surface of a property member and the display surface is dried(s4). The display surface on which the paper towel attachment is fixed is additionally colored(s5).
