SUBLIMATION PURIFYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for sublimation-refining organic materials is provided to omit the occurrence of a splashing phenomenon during a heating operation and to improve yield by initially eliminating impurities from the organic materials before sublimation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sublimation-refining organic materials includes a sublimation unit(100), a crucible(200), a pre-purifying unit(300), and a robot arm(400). A cone-shaped protrusion(110) is formed at the sublimation unit. The outer wall of the protrusion is heated by a heating unit. A crucible is heated at the front part of the sublimation unit to evaporate organic materials. Vacuum is generated at the rear part of the sublimation unit. The robot arm transfers the crucible from the pre-purifying unit to the sublimation unit. A container(220) filled with organic material powder is reversely installed at the upper side of a heater. The organic material powder is liquefied to be filled in the crucible.
