PURPOSE: An LED lighting device with magnetic material is provided to enable a user to easily recognize current time since a mounting bracket can be attached to and detached from a body. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) comprises a receiving chamber(112), a mounting groove(116), and a magnetic material(119). A diffusion cover(120) is mounted in the mounting groove of the body. A side plate(130) is combined in order to cover both sides. A spacer portion and a fixed extending portion(144) are projected from a mounting bracket(140). The fixed extending portion is coupled by the magnetic material. |
