PURPOSE: Pizza dough containing surimi(blended seafood product), and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to cook pizza without kneading or fermenting the dough. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pizza dough containing surimi(blended seafood product) comprises the following steps: removing the head, the scales, and the intestines from fish; separating the bones and the skin from the fish to obtain fish flesh; washing the fish flesh with 4-6 deg C water, and centrifugal separating to obtain soft flesh from the fish; removing the moisture from the flesh using a screw press; freezing the obtained surimi; thawing and crushing 80-90 parts of frozen surimi by weight; and mixing the thawed surimi with 3-10 parts of potato starch by weight, 1-7 parts of egg white by weight, 0.1-3 parts of sugar by weight, 0.1-3 parts of salt by weight, 0.1-3 parts of mirim by weight, and 4-50 parts of water by weight. |
