MECHANISM FOR THE AUTOMATIC ROASTING OF SOUVLAKIS

Novelty: a method and mechanism for the automatic roasting of souvlakis. Constitution: the metal framework 4 having the holes 4.1 wherein there are adapted hollow spindles 1 comprising the hole (7.2) and toothed wheels 2 intermeshed and rotated by the electromotor 3. The free end (15.1) of the souvlakis is retained inside the foregoing hole (7.2) while the holding spring 12 retains the souvlakis which are thus automatically rotated in the horizontal position along with the spindle 1, the motor 3 being in operating condition. The framework 4 can be steadily adapted to the base 6 or to any kind of roasters 14. Problem to be solved: roasting of souvlakis automatically rotating onto the roasting surface of any kind of roasters.
